  Long story short: The owner called after we cancelled a tow to insult and cuss me. Very unprofessional. Full story below...
  Adams Towing was dispatched to us through our roadside assistance. There was a miscommunication with the roadside assistance company that we just needed a jump rather than a tow. My husband and I both tried to communicate this to the man (who I now know is the owner). However, he didn't listen and was on the phone for most of the time he was with our car. After jumping it (there was actually something wrong with the engine, which we had told him) he said there's something else wrong with it. We asked him to tow it and he refused (which I can understand, he was dispatched for a jump) but rather than let us call our roadside company he left. We then got back to our company, fixed our request and they dispatched his company out again. We called and asked that a different company be sent. After our roadside company called to cancelled. The owner the called our personal phones nonstop until we answered. He then began to cuss and degrade my home as well as me and my husband. If I had the choice I would NEVER do business with this company. He was incredibly unprofessional and down right RUDE.
