  Power has gone out during storms and once for an unknown reason. Within 10 min of reporting the outage it has been restored. Also I recognize the company's support in our community. Good job GCE!

  Forced to pay $65 to start up services. They run credit checks , so if you don't have the best credit be ready to pay the 65 plus an average 150. This is the worst. I'm sure my bill will never be under $100 they are money hungry. Prepaid plan sounds janky. You have to pay your bill everyday.. That ridiculous

  They force you to have a $65 "start up" fee but they don't allow you to have electric anywhere else. This needs to be stopped. There needs to be opportunity for companies like Reliant to come in and provide better service at better prices.
